Lemon Herb Chicken

3/4 c lemon juice
zest from 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
1 tbsp thyme leaves
1 lb boneless chicken thighs

Mix up the marinade, poke a few holes in the thighs with a fork, then marinate for a couple of hours. Saute the chicken over medium high heat, or you could bake it, or you could grill it. The possibilities are endless! Well, no, not endless, but they’re only limited to how you would like to cook your chicken.
