Lemon Bars (Lemonies)

3/4 c flour
3/4 c sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 tbsp lemon juice

Sift the dry ingredients to make sure there are no lumps. Add in the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350, or until lightly golden. I love cutting these into little bite-sized pieces. Sansa would love them!! They’re like a cakey brownie, but lemony instead of chocolate. I bet they would be delicious with other citrus fruits!
