2 pkgs Ramen noodles (any flavor)
2 heaping tbsp creamy peanut butter
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 small clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
dash of parsley
Mix everything but the noodles and let chill in fridge for 1 hr. Cook Ramen according to packaging; toss the flavor packets or save them for something else. When noodles are al dente, drain and rinse under cold water. Add noodles to sauce, and toss to coat deliciously. I bet the rest of it’s going to be even better tomorrow!
